Currently, we are working on revamping the entire experience on billing and payment page. Therefore, to change your active subscription plan, please do as follows:
- Create a new ticket here with the subject "Request to change my subscription plan."
- Fill out the description field with the email address that you use to log in to EZCoordinator and the plan you'd like to subscribe for.
- Hit the Submit button.
- Our team will then immediately revert to you after changing your plan.
